Albert (Rick) Timcke brings over 35 years of experience in public markets, specializing in junior exploration and mining companies across Canada and the U.S. He is a seasoned corporate executive with deep expertise in public company leadership, capital markets, investor relations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, having guided companies from early-stage exploration through market development and shareholder growth.
Rick maintains a fully compliant, unblemished regulatory record with the BCSC, OSC, ASE, TSXV, CSE, and the U.S. SEC. His thorough understanding of exchange policies, disclosure requirements, and governance best practices ensures disciplined execution, transparency, and strong investor confidence. His leadership philosophy emphasizes accountability, prudent capital allocation, and long-term value creation.
Rick began his career at Dow Jones/CMQ/Telerate, where he developed a strong foundation in global financial markets and junior equities. He later founded and led Kidstoysplus.com, Inc. (OTC) during the dot-com era, serving as President, CFO, and Director, and successfully exited through a strategic sale.
He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Northern Lights Resources Corp, where he has held senior executive roles since 2007, overseeing corporate strategy, exploration advancement, financial management, governance, and investor relations. Rick has also held executive, director, and investor relations roles with multiple TSX Venture–listed companies across precious and battery metals.
With extensive experience in capital raising, corporate communications, and digital investor engagement, Rick continues to play a hands-on role in positioning public resource companies for sustainable growth and market credibility.
